Today, 2nd October, 2011, I’ve just reached 2000 followers.
This is a huge number of lovely people, who are following my blog!
There aren’t any proper words or gifs, which could express how I feel about this.
I want to say thank you! HUGE THANK YOU! To all of you, all over the world, to the people who are following me from the very beginning here, to the latest ones - all of you amazing people and to my friends!
It’s almost an year since I’ve made my tumblr. I’ve never believed that anyone would follow me, nor I’ve dreamed that I could have so many followers. I’ve made it for myself, to keep the things I like in one place. Now I’m so happy that someone else likes what I post. I still can’t believe I’ve reached this number. It’s huge for me. h-u-g-e.
The last 2 weeks were kind of depressing and hard for me, but I just saw this… and it makes me feel happy. Makes me feel like I’m “doing” something that makes other people happy, too. And this is what tumblr is for me - a place, where you can never feel alone, you can always find what you need, you can always smile, laugh or cry if you need; you can always meet people, who are just like you; you can express yourself. You can see the beauty in everything.
Tumblr never sleeps, never ends.
Not to forget - a thanks to tumblr itself, too! It’s an amazing experience. I still can imagine my life without tumblr, but it would never be the same again, right? :D
