Most times, it’s just a lot easier not to let the world know what’s wrong.
What shall I do with my love, for someone, who doesn’t want it? And at the same time he is flattered and cannot abandon it…
While I love him, I hate him, because he says he doesn’t love me. While he doesn’t love me, he is jealous, but his vanity would not let him admit it; and so none of us can handle this clash of our feelings.
Now it does not matter whether we hate or love. Either way, we can only hurt each other.

And even now, while I hate you, it pains me to say
I know I’ll be there at the end of the day…
“To love is to suffer. To avoid suffering, one must not love. But then, one suffers from not loving. Therefore, to love is to suffer; not to love is to suffer; to suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy, then, is to suffer, but suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be happy, one must love or love to suffer or suffer from too much happiness.”
